Welcome to the Love and Logic section of my webpage. I find many strategies of this program effective in dealing with children. I will be updating this section of my webpage often. I will have several short articles to share with you in hopes of giving some ideas and strategies. Please enjoy.
Some things to think about: - Our job is not to keep kids from making mistakes, but to help them learn from them.
-Anger and sarcasm create resentment and often cause a child to think about your anger rather than about his or her poor decisions.
-Some kids need more experience with consequences to learn to think ahead. Ranting, raving, lectures and reminder often steal these opportunities for learning.
