· Each student will research current fitness information and techniques on the internet, in fitness magazines and journals.
· Students will design their own fitness plan to use throughout the semester. Each plan must include weight training activities and aerobic activities that will be performed to improve fitness test results.
· Each student will learn safety techniques required to ensure safety of all class members. |
