Supervision of Construction

The architect shall be responsible for assuring the quality of construction and the strict adherence to the approved specifications. The project shall be inspected by the architect as directed by the Board through its approved contract. The Board shall direct the District Administrator or designee to make periodic field checks of the project and to make monthly reports to the Board of its progress.

Upon completion of the building construction and a final inspection of all aspects by the architect, contractors and school officials, a recommendation for acceptance shall be made to the Board.
