Relations with Home-Based Private Educational Programs
Students who intend to be in attendance in a home-based private educational program, as defined by state law, shall submit the appropriate form to the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI). The school attendance officer shall have access to information maintained by the home-based private educational program regarding attendance of such students, in accordance with state law.
The school district shall not provide curricular materials or textbooks to home-based students.
The school district is responsible for screening each child who resides in the school district and has not graduated from high school to determine if there is reasonable cause to believe that the child is a child with exceptional educational needs.
The school district shall not provide supplemental and/or shared services.
