I understand I must follow the protocol established for the safe maintenance of the key and alarm system. I will sign in and sign out as required and will safeguard the key and keep the code confidential. I also understand that if I set off the alarm more than three times in a calendar year, I will be required to turn in the key. Further, I understand that if I lose the key, I will be responsible for any re-keying costs that may occur.
