Sale of School Property

The Annual School Board Meeting authorizes the School District to sell property no longer needed by the District.

The District Administrator shall prepare and present a list of property no longer needed by the District and a description thereof to the School Board. The Board shall approve sale of property and shall establish a sale date so that not less than a thirty day notice may be given to the public of the sale date.
