Inventories

The District Administrator shall be responsible for the administration of a physical

inventory of all supplies, books and equipment. This inventory shall be taken once a year.

Staff members shall be responsible for conducting the inventories in their assigned

areas and sending updated inventory reports to the District Administrator.

Inventory procedures shall be developed by the District Administrator.
