Accounting System

The Board directs the Administration and Bookkeeper to maintain an accounting system that will provide the necessary information for the efficient administration of the district.

The system shall be designed to:

1. Meet all requirements of the Department of Public Instruction (DPI); and

2. Give assurance to the Board and its constituents that funds are being accounted for and administered in a proper manner.
