Authorized Signatures

The signatures of the Board President, Board Clerk and Board Treasurer shall be required on all checks expending general district funds. Facsimile signatures may be used in accordance with state law.

All student activity fund expenditures must be approved by the District Administrator. All student activity fund checks shall be verified by the District Administrator to insure the check has been used for the stated purpose.
