Resale of Items to Students and the General Public

School personnel may resell items to students and the general public. All personnel reselling items should keep a ledger of receipts and disbursements and an account balance for resale transactions.

Resale accounts should be reconciled monthly to total receipts and disbursements.

Accounts shall be recorded in accordance with established procedures.
