Revenues From Investments

The Board shall authorize the District Administrator or designee to invest a portion of general fund monies not needed for immediate expenses as determined by the District Administrator in accordance with established procedures and state law.

District funds shall be invested under the best conditions possible. No more than

$500,000 in district funds may be deposited in any one (1) institution unless any amount over $500,000 has been collateralized or insured.

Specific guidelines for the investment of district funds shall be established.
