 Short-Term Borrowing

Short-term loans may be obtained to meet the immediate expenses of operating district schools at any or all qualified public depositories as designated by the Board. Any short term loan obtained shall be secured in accordance with state law.

A borrowing limit on short-term loans shall be established at the school district’s annual meeting.
