Support Staff Negotiations
The Board recognizes the Northwest Untied Educators (N.U.E.) as the exclusive
bargaining representative for all regular full time and regular part time support staff members of the District engaged in employment but exclude the following:
- Administrators, principals
- Supervisors having valuative responsibility over other staff members.
The Board and representatives of the N.U.E. shall meet at reasonable times and negotiate in good faith with respect to wages, hours and conditions of employment.
