           II.      Introduction - How is the lesson introduced to the students?

         III.      Approach / Method - How does the staff member conduct his/her lesson and what approaches and methods are used?

        IV.      Summary / Evaluation - How did the lesson work overall?

           V.      Recommendations / Commendations - What does the teacher need to do to improve and what areas of the lesson are commended.
