Professional Staff Contracts

Contracts with individual professional staff members shall be in writing and signed by the appropriate board members in accordance with state law. All items included in the individual contract shall be subject to provisions of the current employee agreement with the Northwest Educator’s Certified Staff Contract.

It should be clearly understood that no part of any negotiated agreement is to be

considered as part of the Board’s policy manual. Certain policies in this section give article numbers from the negotiated agreement to further guide the readers to the proper section of that document. However, the Board considers its policy manual and any negotiated agreement to be separate and independent documents because of their differing methods of construction. Policies in this section that cite the negotiated agreement are included for reference only and shall be removed if questions ever arise creating a conflict between Board policies and the Prairie Farm N.U.E Certified Staff Agreement.
