Professional Staff Positions

All professional staff members shall possess the proper certification credentials required by the Department of Public Instruction (DPI). For purposes of this policy manual, “professional staff members” shall include all regular teaching personnel, guidance counselors, teacher librarians and teaching principals.

Written job descriptions shall be established for professional staff positions which outline job qualifications, duties and responsibilities. These job descriptions shall be adopted by the Board in accordance with state law requirements.
