Professional Staff Recruiting/Hiring Guidelines
The following staff recruiting/hiring guidelines shall be adhered to:
1. The District Administrator will be a member of a committee to assist in the interviewing process.
2. Reference checks shall be completed by the District Administrator.
3. Upon appointment of a new employee by the Board, all interviewed applicants for the position shall be notified of their status by District Administrator.
This process may be started before final appointment of the applicant.
4. Each applicant shall be thanked for his/her interest in a position with the District.
