Staff Complaints and Grievances

 

The Board recognizes the need to provide for the orderly resolution of any complaint of grievance arising out of a purported violation, interpretation or inappropriate application of Board policies, administrative rules and regulations or provisions of the current employee agreements.  Therefore, District employees shall have the right of access to the complaint or grievance procedures adopted by the Board.

 

Specific complaint or grievance procedures shall be made available to all employees of the School District of Prairie Farm and shall be in accordance with provisions of the current employee agreements. The grievance procedure may be found in current District contracts.
