Employee Physical Reimbursement

As a condition of employment, employees shall have a physical examination, including a chest x-ray or tuberculin test. A chest x-ray is required for individuals who text positive on a tuberculin test. Section 118.25 of the Wisconsin State Statutes designates that employee physicals shall be paid out of the district funds.

 Individual employees who desire to have the tests performed by a doctor of their choice will be compensated at the rate of the cost of a tuberculin test and/or a chest x-ray (if required)as administered at the Luther-Midelfort, Northland, Mayo Health System Prairie Farm, Clinic.
