Board Diploma Award Procedure

Board members with a graduating senior have the first option to hand out diplomas at graduation ceremonies.  This can be declined if so desired.

If there is not a Board member who has a graduating senior, the Board members shall be invited to participate in graduation ceremonies.  The Board President is encouraged to be present at the ceremonies.  If more than three Board members desire to hand out diplomas, a drawing of lots will determine who shall hand out diplomas.
