Early Graduation

1. Students who wish to graduate early (meaning at the end of the first semester of a student’s senior year) must:

• Meet all credit requirements for graduation. This includes all required courses.
• 24 credits are required for graduation.
• Be accepted in a Youth Options program; or,
• Be accepted in the Armed Services of the United States with an entrance date in the second semester of the student’s senior year.
• Have School Board approval.

2. Under special circumstances, students who reach the age of 19 during their senior year and have met all of the required credit requirements may request approval for early graduation provided the student is in good standing at school and has full time employment available for them.
