District Administrator Evaluation

The Board shall conduct an evaluation of the District Administrator’s performance annually. The evaluation shall be based upon the District Administrator’s duties and responsibilities as outlined in the job description and such performance objectives as may be agreed upon by the Board and District Administrator.

The Board shall provide a written evaluation summary to the district administrator in a conference with the full Board. The evaluation will be frank and open, and the district administrator shall present goals and review them with the board. The District Administrator shall have a complete understanding of the results of the evaluation. Strengths of the district administrator and areas of improvement shall be discussed, noted and written down.

This evaluation will take place at the June board meeting each year.
