Administrative Contracts

The Board and District Administrator shall enter into a written contract.  The contract shall establish rate of pay and other conditions of employment. The district administrator’s contract shall cover a period of two (2) years in accordance with state law and shall be on file in the administration office. The contract shall be extended for an additional two (2) years unless the District Administrator is notified that the Board is renewing his/her contract for a period of one (1) year.

Renewal and/or non-renewal of administrative contracts shall be according to state law provisions.
