Administrative Goals

The administration of the Prairie Farm School is responsible for providing opportunities for staff and students to perform and achieve at high levels. Administrators should demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with parents, students, staff and community.

The Board expects the administration to:

1. Be effective and creative problem solvers.
2. Plan, organize, and regularly assess the effectiveness of the district’s educational programs.
3. Create and foster the best learning environment possible.
4. Administer all personnel and non-academic functions in an effective manner.
