Voting Method

Voting at Board meetings shall normally be by voice vote, unless a roll call vote is

required by law or requested. Any Board member may request a roll call vote on any question under discussion.

Voting in executive session shall conform with the method used in open session.

Unless the statutes specifically provide otherwise, secret ballots may be taken only to elect Board officers.
