School Board Organizational Meeting

The organizational meeting shall be held at the first regular meeting in May. As the first order of business, the Board shall proceed to ballot for a President, Vice President, Clerk and Treasurer from its membership. The Board shall then appoint a Secretary who shall not be a member of the Board. Rules and Regulations for the year shall be adopted at this time.
