Nondiscrimination

The School District of Prairie Farm shall comply with all state and federal laws and regulations prohibiting discrimination. No person shall be discriminated against on the basis of age, ancestry, color, creed, disability, marital status, national origin, race, sex and any other basis protected by state or federal law.

Complaints and inquiries regarding the interpretation or application of this policy shall be processed in accordance with established procedures.

Notice of this policy shall be published annually in the District's official newspaper, the Barron Newshield.
